By accessing or using the AlBaraka Contract Management Platform ("AlBaraka," "the Platform"), operated by AlBaraka Supplies LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
AlBaraka is a SaaS platform that helps businesses discover government contract opportunities, manage proposals, track submissions and awards, and analyze competitive intelligence. Opportunity data is sourced from third parties including SAM.gov, NYS Contract Reporter, and PASSPort NYC. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and are not affiliated with any government agency.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
The Platform uses AI (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate proposal drafts, pricing suggestions, win-probability estimates, and analysis. AI output is provided as a drafting aid only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or contracting advice, and does not guarantee any contract award. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-assisted content before submission to any government agency.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to bypass security controls, scraping data at scale, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Platform, its design, and underlying software are owned by AlBaraka Supplies LLC. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload (your proposals, documents, and company information).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlBaraka Supplies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost contracts or lost profits, arising from use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
